The NUCA Leadership Conference brings together NUCA Leadership into a single, comprehensive leadership gathering. Designed for Chapter Executive Directors, Chapter Leadership, Committee members, and the NUCA National Board of Directors, the conference serves as a key forum for strategic alignment, collaboration, and governance.
Throughout the conference, national and chapter leaders convene to review organizational priorities, share best practices, and discuss issues impacting the utility construction industry at both the local and national levels. The agenda balances forward-looking strategy with operational oversight, ensuring consistency, transparency, and shared direction across the association.
In addition to sessions and board meetings, the conference includes dedicated committee meetings that provide focused opportunities for subject-matter discussions, reporting, and recommendations. Committees address core areas such as governance, safety, workforce development, advocacy, finance, and member programs, allowing leaders to advance initiatives, identify emerging challenges, and align committee work with NUCA’s broader strategic goals.
